We actually live on Long Island and were selling our vacation home in NJ and were looking for a referral because I felt the distance could lead to complications, miscommunications and issues all around. Ironically when I did my own search via the internet I chose her prior to meeting her to show to my husband based upon the reviews I had read. We signed with her the day upon meeting her.
